After 4 manic weeks to start the New Year, we are finally back with “What You’re Making for Dinner”. Sorry that took so long friends but 2025 really started off with an exceptionally busy bang! Onto the food, this weeks menu is focused on whole ingredients that make satiating delicious dinners and don’t leave you feeling hungry 1 hour later. My tip for the week is to always be generous with Parmesan, lemon and good olive oil because sometimes too much of a good thing, is just even more of a good thing.
