What You’re Making For Christmas!

A festive take on my usual weekly recipes that will hopefully make your Christmas a little extra special! (And a couple days early so you can prep for the holiday craziness)

I am celebrating Christmas in South Africa this year which, if you weren’t aware, is in the height of summer and so I’ve kept things a bit lighter than traditional winter holiday food. But for those using my recipes in the freezing cold somewhere I think they’ll still translate beautifully, providing a little freshness amongst what often is a lot of beige (don’t get me wrong beige is delicious but we need someee variation people).
