The Best Blue Cheese Dressing
You can truly drizzle or dip anything in this and it’s absolutely delicious. With chicken, steak or on a salad this dressing is perfection.
If you haven’t had a wedge salad in a while, or ever, I highly recommend using this dressing to make an incredible wedge salad with the best cherry tomatoes you can find, crispy bacon, shallots and lots of chives. I made it recently for my husband’s birthday and it was an absolute hit. You’ll love it.

Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of crumbled blue cheese
1/2 a cup of sour cream
1/3 a cup mayo
3 table spoons chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/3 cup milk
Method: This one’s extra simple.
Measure out all of your ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and combine with a wooden spoon until luscious and creamy. You still want there to be some crumbles of blue cheese left so don’t mix it beyond the point of everything being incorporated.
If your dressing is a touch thick, add in some more milk to thin it out until it’s your desired thickness.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge, this should last for 3-5 days but I’ll be surprised if you have any left after that long.
Dip chicken wings, or crudités or drizzle it over salads. This sauce is versatile and such a treat.
